Once our proposal is accepted, we’ll arrange a dedicated meeting to refine and finalize the Design Brief. To provide full transparency, we deliver a comprehensive itemized estimate for all selected furniture, lighting, accessories, and any required trades work. At this stage, the proposed designs are finalized and “frozen” to ensure a smooth progression. To avoid delays or additional fees, it’s essential that at least 90% of design decisions are made, allowing the project to move forward efficiently without interruptions.
Procurement
we take the stress off your shoulders by managing the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of all agreed-upon materials, furnishings, and finishes. This ensures a smooth and seamless transition into the installation phase, allowing you to enjoy the excitement of watching your vision come to life.
Once the design is approved, we handle every detail, creating a comprehensive list of all the furniture, materials, fixtures, and decor needed for the project.
